The following bullets explain how charges are allocated for campus printers.

Faculty/Staff

  • Faculty/staff are not personally charged for prints made to lab printers or print release stations; however, their department IS charged for these prints.
  • A faculty/staff's department is charged for prints made to departmental devices.

Students/Student Employees

  • Student staff may print to department devices without being charged to their personal BGSU accounts. They just need to register their BGSU ID card one time, on any device!

  • Student prints made to lab or residence hall printers are charged per impression for each print.
